OUR CUISINE

 

In our restaurant we serve a variety of dishes typical of the region as well as specialties.

 

Our various, delicious Cordon Bleu are well known in the region. From spring into autumn, you can enjoy a fresh trout from our own pond, prepared as “Forelle Blau”, fried or baked.

 

During the hunting season, you can enjoy all the fine things from game: Vension and other kinds of game, guaranteed from local hunting grounds together with our delicious, homemade “Spätzli.”
